On the Bab -36 Wellington Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 7BD
Needed a quick dinner tonight and we opted for the Covent Garden branch of On the Bab, the relaxed Korean street food restaurant.
We walked in and waited approx 5 minutes before being seated. I had heard great things about this place and could not wait to get stuck in. The menu is split into small dishes, Korean fried chicken (KFC), rolls/buns/rice/noodle dishes and then some traditional favourites.
Everything leaving the kitchen looked ridiculous and we changed our minds about 3 times before coming to a decision on our order.

On the buns with fried chicken
The Korean fried chicken buns were so delicious, and at £8 for 2, I think a really good bargain. I could have eaten 2 to myself though… Note for next time. A bottle of hite to accompany the buns is essential also.
By the time we left, the queue was about 15 people long and I’m so glad we sneaked in before the after work rush.
Looks fabulous
