Taking place in the beautiful leafy surroundings of Spa Fields, Clerkenwell, on Saturday 11th June 2016, Bourne & Hollingsworth will be hosting an alfresco brunch to celebrate the 90th birthday of our Majesty the Queen.
Raise a glass and join Bourne & Hollingsworth, London’s party specialists, for a one off, stylish, outdoor brunch that is as British as bacon and eggs, tabloid scandals and Bloody Marys. Featuring live music, engaging performances, traditional games and the finest British provisions, Her Majesty’s Brunch will have even the staunchest anti- royalists waving their Union Jacks with pride.
Guests can feast of an array of breakfast delights fit for a queen, designed by Executive Chef Adam Gray. A respected figure in London’s restaurant scene, Adam Gray has headed up Michelin starred establishments, owned his own pub, and taught extensively about food. Now firmly part of the B&H family, Adam lends his experience and broad knowledge to the group’s events and restaurant.
Gray’s brunch menu will focus on British Brunch favourites and quality seasonal produce, which let the ingredients do the talking. Expertly made cocktails by B&H’s in house mixologists will also be available at the open-air bar. Guests can while away the rest of the day in the picturesque Clerkenwell setting, enjoying the green expanses of Spa Fields, listening to live bands and partaking in a gin and tonic or two.Having opened in 2014, Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings has made a name for itself with its beautiful and unique interiors, inventive cocktails and relaxed atmosphere.
