Balsamic from Modena and Flour Station sourdough

I was very fortunate to have been sent a bottle of some very special balsamic from @emiliadelizia (

I was racking my brain and my recipe books to find a suitable concoction to make this beautiful balsamic- then I thought that why mess around with recipes and cooking and just eat it the way you like it, with amazing fresh bread and olive oil. 

So that’s what I did! Thanks to @FlourStation ( for the fantastic sourdough. 

This balsamic is just so lovely and really rich and glossy and sweet, unlike a lot of the stuff you get in supermarkets.
